The New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Awards advertising rules are in affect until the winners are announced on January 21st.

 

Neither recipients, their associated, agency nor anyone on their behalf shall in any manner advertise, publish or distribute prior to January 21st that they are a recipient, qualified or eligible to receive the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award.

Provide Your Sellers the Latest Attorney General Memorandum

The New Jersey Real Estate Commission (REC) requires every licensed broker or salesperson to provide sellers with a copy of the Attorney General Memorandum which was updated in December.

 

Providing this notice shows sellers your value on ethics and compliance with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and the Fair Chance in Housing Act (FCHA) (effective January 1, 2022). 

The notice appears on the last pages of the NEXUS Residential Listing/Lease Agreement Form available online via your zipForm member benefit.
